What we do with your details when you get in touch or book a pottery class. We keep it short and keep to what we need.

Who is responsible

walk-proof0711b-offer, Utrecht, the Netherlands. Write to hello@walk-proof0711b-offer.in.mail-test.companyofone.eu with any question about your data.

What we collect

• Your name and email address when you write to us or book a class.
• What you tell us in your message or booking.
• Payment details when you pay for a class. Our payment provider handles these; we do not see or store your card number.

Why we use it

To answer you, to book you into a class, to send you the details of that class and to take payment. We only email you about classes you have booked or asked about, unless you have said yes to hearing more from us.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run this website, our email and our payments. They handle your details for us and for no other purpose. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to run your booking and meet our accounting duties. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to limit how we use them, or to take them with you. You can withdraw any consent at any time. Email us and we will answer. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
